Except for opening functions there is couple of additional applications of Roto system elements:

lifting mishandle (wrong operation safety) device protects from tilting the sash while it is opened
brake-stay or turn restrictor makes it possible to stop the sash in wanted position during turning
3-step vent-lock retains the window in partially tilted position at one of 3 available angles
night-vent - makes window less hermetic, loosing the sealing tightness and letting the fresh air in
concealed center closer - tightens the sash to the frame between hinges in turn-only windows, being not visible when closed
bullet catch - enables closing balcony door from outside or keeps the sash with floating mullion closed
child safety lock - enables to block turning with the key, keeping tilting possible
anti - jemmy hardware - for increasing burglary resistance. It embraces special security strikers with proper V locking-cams, drilling protection plates and lockable handles, all coordinated to prevent break-in
